Definitely all Olive Oils and vinegars are not the same. Immediately upon tasting Gourmet Living living you will notice the smoothness and taste difference. We love Bok Choy so we grow it in our garden. My favorite way to make it is with a little Olive oil, black olives, tomatoes and onion all fried in a pan. What a difference it made to use Gourmet living Toscano olive oil we also tried it with the white balsamic vinegar it was devine! The white vinegar is also delicious on fish and we tasted it with haddock and I loved the results. I did receive these products for review purposes and no monies ewre exchanged.
